Hon'ble Shamim Ahmed,J.
Shri Somesh Tripathi, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the impugned order of recovery dated 22.9.2021 has been passed without giving any notice and serving any assessment order upon the petitioner.
As prayed by Shri Amit Sharma, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 and 3, put up this case on 1.11.2021 as fresh in order to enable him to complete his instructions in the matter.
