Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Neeraj Rai for the respondents.
Although a direction is prayed for against the Board to consider and appoint the petitioner, pursuant to the advertisement no.1 of 2013, issued by the Board, on the post of Assistant Teacher in L.T. Grade in Math, but it has not been shown that any person lower in merit has been selected.
In such circumstances, no case for interference is made out under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
Writ petition, accordingly, is dismissed.
