Heard learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Ved Byas Mishra who appears for the fourth respondent.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, the claim of the petitioner for approval being accorded to appointment shall be duly evaluated in light of the communication of the D.I.O.S. dated 22 May 2017 and a final decision communicated with expedition and preferably within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a duly authenticated copy of this order. He further states that the second respondent shall proceed in the matter with due notice to respondent Nos. 4, 5 and 6.
Accordingly, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement noted above.
