Heard Sri Brij Bihari Yadav, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.3, Sri Irshad Hussain, learned A. G. A. for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the prayer to quash the F. I. R. dated 28.3.2018 which has been registered as Case Crime No.104 of 2018, under Sections 498A, 323, 504, 506, 341, 354 I.P.C., Police Station Kydganj, District Allahabad.
The matter being matrimonial in nature was sent to Mediation Centre by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 25.10.2018.
From a perusal of the report of Mediation Centre dated 15.5.2019 which is available on record, it appears that on 15.5.2019 the petitioners had not appeared but the respondent no.3 remained present, hence, the mediation between the parties has failed.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
