Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that certain amounts are due for the work taken from the petitioner by the postal department. In this regard, the petitioner has filed various applications, but the amount has not been paid to him.
It is to be noted that there is a contractual obligation between the petitioner and the respondents, it cannot be invoked in the writ proceedings. However, if there is any amount due to the petitioner, even admitted to the parties, the respondents may consider the claim of the petitioner.
