Sri M.N. Singh has filed his parcha on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 3 today in Court, which is taken on record.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.N. Singh, learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 3.
The present petition has been filed for issuance of corrected marks sheet of B.Ed. 2013-14.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has appeared in B.Ed. examination in the year 2013 and declared successful obtained lesser marks in 4th paper, therefore, he has appeared in re-examination, which was held in the year 2014 and result of the said re-examination was declared in the year 2016. He further submits that new marks sheet was uploaded on the website of University on 14.01.2016 and in 6th paper, name of subject was wrongly mentioned as he has opted Teaching of Science and Teaching of Mathematics, which was also printed in earlier marks sheet, but in new marks sheet uploaded on the website of University, his subjects are mentioned as Teaching of Sanskrit in place of Teaching of Science and Teaching of Hindi in place of Teaching of Mathematics and further till date hard copy of marks sheet has also not been provided to the petitioner. He further submits that he has already filed a representation dated 8.2.2019 for correction of subject as well as issuance of marks sheet, which has not yet been decided. Lastly, he submits that a direction may be issued to Registrar, Dr. Bheem Rao Ambedkar University, Agra- respondent no. 2 University to decide the same for which Sri M.N. Singh, learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 3 has no objection.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petition is disposed of with direction to Registrar, Dr.
Bheem Rao Ambedkar University, Agra- respondent no. 2 University to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 8.2.2019 within a period of two weeks from the date of production of certified copy of the order after verification of record available with University. If there is any legal impediment in correction of subject as well as issuance of marks sheet, he shall pass reasoned order within the same time.
It is made clear that the Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits and it is upon the respondent no. 2 to decide the same in accordance with law after comparing the records available with University.
