JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Yogendra Kumar Sangal,J.
Writ petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred against the impugned order by which petitioner has been directed to vacate official accomodation on the ground that he has been transferred in another district. A plea has been raised that petitioner's wife still working in District Hardoi and she is also entitled for official accomodation. Representation submitted by the petitioner is pending.
Writ petition is disposed of finally directing the District Magistrate Hardoi to consider the petitioner's representation in accordance to rules as well as keeping in view the fact that petitioner's wife serving in Distrtict Sitapur, expeditiously and preferably within a period of one month.
For the period of one month or till disposal of represenation status-quo shall be maintained.
Liberty is given to the petitioner to represent his cause afresh.
