Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri D.K. Tiwari, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
In case, the petitioner is aggrieved by the decision of the Collector, Mathura whereby he has refused to issue Caste Certificate to the petitioner, appropriate remedy available to the petitioner is to approach the Divisional Level Committee and if still aggrieved, then the State Level Committee constituted under the Government Order dated 27.01.2011.
We accordingly dismiss this petition on the above ground that the petitioner would be free to avail remedy as provided in the Government Order.
