The present 482, Cr.P.C. application has been filed by the applicant to quash the impugned order dated 2.4.2018 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jhansi in Case No.150 of 2017, Smt. Sangeeta and others Vs. Rahul Kumar, under Section 125, Cr.P.C., P.S. Mauranipur, District Jhansi.
This application is disposed of with the observation that the proceedings under Section 125, Cr.P.C. pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jhansi in Case No.150 of 2017 shall be concluded within a period of six months. During this period the applicant shall deposit Rs.3,500/- as interim maintenance for O.P. No.2, Rs.2,000/- for O.P. No.3 and Rs.500/- for O.P. No.4. This amount shall abide by final orders to be passed in the application under Section 125, Cr.P.C.
It is made clear that this is only an interim arrangement and in case the court comes to the conclusion that the opposite parties are entitled to get more amount, the entire amount shall be paid to them after the final decision of the court below.
