Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vikram Bahadur Yadav learned Standing Counsel.
Undisputedly the prayer for compassionate appointment is raised in respect of a death which took place in 1996. Bearing in mind the principles enunciated by the Full Bench of this Court in Shiv Kumar Dubey and Others Vs. State of U.P. (2014) 2 ADJ 312, no cause arises for entertaining such a claim at such a belated stage.
The writ petition is dismissed.
