This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief;
"(I) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing of the order dated 25.06.2019 passed by respondent no. 3 by which the allotment of the petitioner of Plot No. L-703, area 200 Sq. M, situate in Anand Vihar Residential Scheme has been closed. (Annexure No. 1)."
Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer to the extent that the Respondent No. 2 may be directed to dispose of the representation dated 8.8.2019 pending before it within a stipulated period of time.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No. 2, Hapur Pilkhuwa Development Authority to consider and decide the representation dated 8.8.2019 pending before it in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
