Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and Sri Pranesh Dutt Tripathi who appears for the Basic Education Officer.
The petitioner here is aggrieved by an order passed by the respondents rejecting an application made by him for inter district transfer. Sri Tripathi draws the attention of the Court to the order dated 24 August 2020 in terms of which the services of the petitioner itself have been dispensed with. It is not disputed that the aforesaid order of termination is subject matter of challenge in Writ-A No. 7758 of 2020.
In that view of the matter and since the petitioner is no longer and presently in service, no cause arises for the Court to entertain this petition which shall stand dismissed.
