According to the petitioner, he was issued a corrected mark sheet of Intermediate Examination 2012. Copy of the said mark sheet has been brought on record at page 22 of the petition. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent Board has not displayed the corrected mark sheet on the official website. According to him, the old uncorrected mark sheet is still being displayed, which is causing problem. The petitioner has filed a representation for uploading the corrected copy of the mark sheet before the Regional Secretary. Since no action has been taken even thereafter and hence the instant writ petition.
Learned standing counsel states that respondent no.2 would examine the grievance of the petitioner and shall take remedial action in accordance with law.
Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no.2 to take action in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order alongwith photo copy of the representation (Annexure-6). It shall be open to the petitioner to file a fresh representation.
