The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuance of a direction to the trial court to decide application for temporary injunction Paper No.6 Ga in Original Suit No.936 of 2016 expeditiously.
The petitioner claims to have filed application for temporary injunction on the date the suit was instituted, but so far the trial court has not decided the said application, although several dates had been fixed for its disposal.
Having heard counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondent no.4, the petition is disposed of by directing the trial court to decide the application for temporary injunction expeditiously, provided all the defendants have been duly served.
