~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. 2. Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.498/2014 of Kannur Town Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,326,308 read with Section 34 of IPC.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor. The learned Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is over and the final report has already been filed. In such circumstances, the petitioner can approach the court below with a request for regular bail .
This bail application is disposed of accordingly.
