[Order on Correction Application] For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of correction application, correction application is allowed.
In the order dated 24.5.2018 passed by this Court the following paragraph be also read as paragraph 6 of the said order;
"However, it is provided that if the applicant appears and surrenders before the court below within forty five (45) days from today and applies for bail, then the bail application of the applicant shall be considered and decided in view of the settled law laid by this Court in the case of Amrawati and another Vs. State of U.P. reported in 2004 (57) ALR 290 as well as judgment passed by Hon'ble Apex Court reported in 2009 (3) ADJ 322 (SC) Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Vs. State of U.P."
Further, it is also made clear that in paragraph 5 of the order dated 24.5.2018 the words "complaint case" be read as "aforesaid case".
The order dated 24.5.2018 passed by this Court is corrected to the aforesaid extent.
