JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
The petitioners have come up in the present petition with a sole prayer that a direction be issued to respondent no.1-Civil Judge (Junior Division), Hathras to decide the 7C Temporary Injunction Application filed by them in Original Suit No.281 of 2020 (Rahul and Others Vs. Smt. Urmila & Others), expeditiously, within a time bound period.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without adverting into the merits of the case, respondent no.1-Civil Judge (Junior Division), Hathras is endevour to decide the 7C Temporary Injunction Application filed by the petitioners in Original Suit No.281 of 2020 (Rahul and Others Vs. Smt. Urmila & Others) on the next date fixed in the application i.e. 15.03.2021 or if not possible, then, within a period of two months thereafater without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
In case if any adjournment is inevitable, the authority concerned may grant the same by imposing heavy cost which may not be less than Rs.1,000/-.
The writ petition is disposed off subject to the observations made above.
In view of the fact that due to the pandemic of COVID-19, the certified copy is not being issued by the High Court, therefore, the order downloaded from the website duly certified by learned counsel for the petitioner may be treated as true copy of the order and the Authority may not refuse to comply the order on the ground of non filing of certified copy of the order.
