Although Dasti summons were issued in this case, an affidavit of service has been submitted stating therein that the opposite parties have refused to accept the summons.
However, Sri Sachin Srivastava, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of the opposite parties. He denies the affidavit of service. However, despite the Court's order the office has put the date of hearing in the Dasti summons as 08.11.2011.
The office to explain how this date has crypt in, despite the Court's order that matter may be taken up today as fresh. Be that as it may. Since Dasti summons, date of notice and the the counsel for the opposite parties also insisted that the matter may be heard and sometime may be granted in this regard.
