JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri Shashi Kant Sharma, Advocate, has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of Union of India. The same may be placed on record. When the case is listed next, his name shall be shown as counsel for Union of India.
Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted four weeks time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
List thereafter.
Till the next date of listing, the realization of demand shall remain stayed provided the petitioners deposit 50% of the demand towards deficient stamp duty within 30 days. Any amount already deposited shall be given adjustment.
