2. It is agreed that arising out of the same case being Case Crime No. 215/2014, Application U/S 482 No. 19684 of 2017 (Basaruddeen Alias Basru Vs. State of U.P. and Another) has been allowed by order dated 29.05.2019.
3. For the same reasoning, the present application is also allowed and the entire proceeding against the applicants is hereby quashed.
