JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned advocate Mr. Nasir Saiyed for the applicant. According to him, the cheque was given in the year 2008 for the outstanding amount of the year 2003 but as the cheque has been returned unpaid, fresh period of limitation shall start.
In view of above, leave to appeal is granted. This application stands disposed of.
