Heard Sri R.K.S. Chauhan, learned counsel for the revisionist and Sri Gaurav Pratap Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State.
The present revision has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 12.04.2019 passed by XVI additional Session Judge in Criminal Appeal No.158 of 2018 as well as order dated 25.01.2018 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.9, Agra in Complaint Case No.645 of 2017 (Smt. Rihana Vs. Rahimuddin).
I have gone through the record along with the affidavit filed in support of this revision as well as the impugned orders dated 12.04.2019 and 25.01.2018 respectively passed by the court below and I am of the view that the impugned orders do not suffer from any, illegality, infirmity or jurisdictional error and are based upon relevant considerations and supported by cogent reasons, hence requires no interference by this Court.
The revision lacks merits and is accordingly dismissed.
