Pursuant to order passed by this Court on 17/05/2012, learned APP was to see that the Police Inspector, in-charge of the matter remains personally present before this Court. Mr.C G Rathod, PSI, Dhari Police Station is present before this Court.
1.1 Learned APP on instructions from the Officer concerned states before this Court that the Officer will personally look into the matter and will see that the petitioner is provided necessary protection and is not caused any damage by anybody. On his attention having been drawn to the order passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. Application No.5674 of 2005 dated 01/07/2005, learned APP on his instructions states that he will move necessary application in that regard before this Court. Adjourned to 14/06/2012.
