B. S. Patel, learned advocate for the applicants submits that the respondent No.2 - complainant has expired on 6.6.2011. A copy of the death certificate has been annexed along with the application. Under the circumstances, the learned advocate for the applicants seeks permission to withdraw the application with a liberty to revive the same in case of difficulty.

Permission, as prayed for, is granted. The application stands disposed of, as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid. Interim relief granted earlier stands vacated.
