JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned APP was granted time to inform the Court as to whether the order dated 18.05.2012 has been complied or not.
Learned APP has submitted that until now any application as observed under order dated 18.05.2012 has not been filed.
Learned APP will take steps to place on record by way of affidavit stating that who is responsible to take steps to comply the order dated 18.05.2012 and why the said order has not been complied with by the concerned responsible officer despite the fact that seven months have passed since the said order. The said affidavit shall be filed on or before 28th December 2012.
