JUDGMENT / ORDER

1.0 This application has been filed by the applicant for directing the respondents to release the retiral benefits like provident fund, gratuity, group insurance, etc. with immediate effect in the interest of justice.
2.0 Learned advocate of the applicant states that provisional pension is paid to the applicant. In that view of the matter the main matter being Special Civil Application No. 13621 of 2010 is peremptorily fixed for final hearing on 17.08.2012. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
