----------------------- The petitioner has approached the Revenue Divisional Officer aggrieved by Ext.P3 order passed by Additional Tahsildar as per Ext.P6 appeal under the Kerala Land Conservancy Act. The limited request of the petitioner is an early disposal of Ext.P6 by Revenue Divisional Officer and to keep all further proceedings pursuant to Ext.P3 in abeyance till a decision is taken by the Revenue Divisional Officer on Ext.P6.
2. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose Ext.P6 after hearing the petitioner within a period of two months. Till a decision is taken by the Revenue Divisional Officer, all coercive proceedings pursuant to Ext.P3 shall be kept in abeyance.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
