After hearing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the petition be dismissed as not pressed, as he will seek his remedy before the Family Court, Meerut.
The petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed without entering into the merits of the case with liberty to the petitioner to seek her remedy before the competent court/Family Court Judge, Meerut and, in case, she moves a petition, the court concerned shall dispose of her petition expeditiously in accordance with law.
