This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following relief;
"I. a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to pass an appropriate order on the representation of petitioner dated 03.04.2019 pending for time extension for functional of unit at Industrial Plot No. A-2/60, Site-V situated at Industrial Area, Surajpur, district Gautam Budh Nagar within time bound period which may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms. Archana Singh, learned counsel for the Respondent No. 2 and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we grant liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the Respondent No. 2 ventilating his grievances within two weeks from today along with a certified copy of this order enclosing therewith a copy of the writ petition and its annexures and, if any such representation is made, the said authority shall make all endeavour to consider and decide the same by a reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within four weeks from the date of receipt of the said representation.
It is made clear that if the petitioner fails to file representation within the said period, he will not be entitled to seek any benefit from the order passed by this Court today.
