Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned judgment and order dated 14.10.2009 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.7, Bulandshahar in S.T. No. 1155 of 2001, State Vs. Shri Kant and others, under Sections 147, 148, 302/149, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act whereby the accused opposite party Nos. 2 to 4 have been acquitted.

Issue notice to opposite party Nos.2 to 4. Notice on behalf of State has been accepted by learned A.G.A.

list in ordinary course for admission. In the meantime lower court record be summoned by the Office.
