Heard Sri Atul Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant- revisionist and Sri Gaurav Pratap Singh, learned A.G.A for the State.
The revisionist by means of this revision has challenged the order dated 02.05.2019 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Pilibhit in Case No.28 of 2015 (Smt. Mehrun Nisha Vs. Rahees Miyan), under Section 3(2) of the Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Divorce) Act, Police Station Puranpur, District Pilibhit.
I have gone through the memo of revision and the affidavit filed in support of this revision, as well as the impugned order and I do not find that the impugned order suffers from any illegality or infirmity requiring any interference by this Court. The learned Principal Judge after noticing that there was legally admissible evidence on record indicating at the complicity of the applicant in the commission of offence under Section3(2) of the Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Divorce) Act, rejected the application of the applicant-revisionist before him.
This revision lacks merits and is accordingly dismissed.
