Heard Mr Ved Mani Sharma, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr R L Dwivedi, learned AGA for the State.
Challenge in the present application is to the order dated 4.5.2019 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bareilly, whereby Non Bailable Warrant has been issued against the applicants.
Counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants have no intention to avoid the proceedings of the Court below, they would appear before the said Court, but till a limited period, they be protected.
Learned State Counsel submits that a charge-sheet had been filed on 5.6.2018 and the applicants were supposed to appear before the trial Court.
Be that as it may, the applicants are permitted to appear before the trial Court on or before 17.6.2019 and if they file suitable application, the trial Judge shall decide the same in accordance with law.
Till next date of hearing before the trial Court, no coercive steps shall be taken against the applicants.
This application is, accordingly, disposed of.
