During the pendency of the above original petition, the matter was sent for mediation in the Kerala Mediation Centre and accordingly, the matter is settled between the parties to the above original petition not only with regard to the dispute, which is the subject matter of the above original petition, but also connected with other petitions pending before the Family Court, Ettumanoor as enumerated in the terms of memorandum of agreement dated 3.6.2014. The terms of memorandum of agreement form part of this file. In the light of the above settlement, no further orders are necessary and accordingly, the same is closed.
