JUDGMENT / ORDER

Issue notice.
Notices on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2 have been accepted by the office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel, whereas Shri D. D. Chauhan, Advocate has accepted the notice on behalf of respondent no.3, therefore, need not be served again.
Learned counsel for the respondents are granted six weeks time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, may be filed within two weeks thereafter. List thereafter.
As an interim measure without prejudice to the right and contention of the parties, subject to the deposit of Rs.6,000/- by the petitioner before the respondent no.2 within a period of six weeks the eviction of petitioner from the land in dispute shall remain stayed and parties shall maintain status quo with regard to the nature and possession over the disputed property.
