The present Civil Application has been filed by the applicants under Order - 22, Rule (4) of the Civil Procedure Code for bringing the heirs of the respondent No.1, who are respondents No.1/1 to 1/5 as well as 1/1/1 to 1/1/4.
Though served nobody has remained present. In the circumstance, in view of the averments made in the present application, the heirs as stated in the Civil Application in paragraph No.2 are required to be brought on record. The prayer made in terms of paragraph No.5(B) is granted to bring on record the heirs as respondents No.1/1 to 1/5 as well as 1/1/1 to 1/1/4. Learned AGP is directed to carry out necessary amendment forthwith. Rule is made absolute.
