Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the material available on record.
The present petition has been filed seeking following relief:-
"To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Waqf Tribunal, Lucknow to consider and decide the Waqf Case No. 203 of 2016 (Allah Tala Malik Waqf and others Vs. Vishnu Kant and others) on merit expeditiously within the stipulated time fixed by this Court restraining the respondents to take unnecessary adjournment."
The present writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to move an appropriate application along with certified copy of this order for expeditious disposal of the pending Waqf Case No. 203 of 2016 (Allah Tala Malik Waqf and others Vs. Vishnu Kant and others).
The petition is disposed off in terms of the above said order.
