Petitioner is the 2nd accused in Crime No.430 of 2014 of the Kannur Town Police station for the offences punishable under Sec.21(b) and 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985, and seeks bail. 2. Learned counsel has submitted that all the other accused in this case are already released on bail as per order of the learned Special Judge (NDPS Act cases ), Vadakara.

3. In that view of the matter, it is appropriate that the application of the petitioner also is considered by the learned Special Judge.

The application is closed permitting the petitioner to move fresh application for bail before the learned Special Judge.
