JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.S.P.Shukla, learned counsel for the opposite party No.1 files short counter affidavit, the same is taken on record.
It is not in dispute that mistakenly the petitioner has been allotted the same very college where another candidate had already been allotted. Now at this stage the only remedy available to the petitioner is to allot him another college or if the seat is available in the same very college, he may be allotted the same.
Considering this fact I hereby issue direction to the University as well as the College that if the seat is available in the same very college, the petitioner shall be permitted to take admission in the said very college, otherwise the University shall allot him, with his consent, a different college for admission through counselling wherever the seat is available.
With the aforesaid observations and directions the writ petition is disposed of finally.
