In Ref: Criminal Misc. Time Extension Application No.2 of 2019 By the order dated 22.1.2019 matter has been referred to Allahabad High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and the petitioners were directed to deposit the amount of Rs.15,000/- within 3 weeks.
It has been stated that the amount could not be deposited within 3 weeks, however the amount is ready and it could be deposited within a week.
Time granted in the order dated 22.1.2019 is extended for the period of 10 days from today.
With the above directions, this application is disposed of finally.
