Against the orders awarding censure entry, as affirmed in appeal and revision, the petitioner has remedy of approaching the U.P. Public Service Tribunal by filing a claim petition, which has not been availed.
In view of the above, this writ petition is not entertained and is dismissed. It is, however, provided that in case petitioner prefers a claim petition before the U.P. Public Service Tribunal, alongwith certified copy of this order, within four weeks from today, the same shall be entertained on merits and shall be dealt with in accordance with law.
