Petitioner alleges that his application for issuance of caste certificate is not being processed by the Tehsildar despite an order passed by the State Level Caste Scrutiny Committee in favour of petitioner's father.
Learned Standing Counsel states that an appropriate decision would be taken in the matter by the competent authority.
In the facts of the case, we permit the petitioner to represent his grievance before the second respondent, who shall ensure that petitioner's claim is got examined and appropriate action at the competent level is taken in the matter for issuance of caste certificate to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Subject to the observations/directions made above, this petition stands disposed off.
