Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the material placed on record.
This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application was rejected by this Court.
The present bail application has been filed by the applicant to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 122 of 2020, under Sections 2 & 3 U.P. Gangster Act, Police Station Lalpura, District Hamirpur.
Being confronted by the Court, learned counsel for the applicant could not point out any new ground, but submitted that earlier criminal history of 19 cases of the applicant was not explained and now same has been explained, which cannot be a ground for granting bail.
No new ground has been made out, therefore, the second bail application is rejected.
