Heard Sri S.C. Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel.
This petition has been filed with a prayer that suitable direction may be issued to the respondents to pay compensation of damages of the crop of the petitioners situated in the land in question occupying without any notification of acquisition and without any formalities in respect of the any such acquisition.
Considering the facts and circumstance, it is directed that in case the petitioners are having any grievance, the same may be raised before the authority concerned with regard to the compensation etc, the same shall be heard and disposed of in accordance with law within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
With this direction, this petition is disposed of.
