Heard Sri Sangam Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel representing the respondent no.1.
Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for dismissal of this petition as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition, inasmuch as, petition could not be drafted properly and amendment application would not be appropriate to remove the defects. Apart from that, some relevant orders passed by the authorities concerned could not be brought on the record.
Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners.
In view of aforesaid fact, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition.
As prayed, Office is directed to return the certified copies annexed as Annexures-1, 2 and 3 to the writ petition and annex/put the photostat copies of those documents at the relevant places.
