The petitioner, who claims himself to be the officiating Principal of an institution, which had instituted a suit in the Court below, filed an application 90Ga, seeking certain directions to the District Inspector of Schools. The trial Court by order dated 10.8.2017, has directed the application to be put up on the date already fixed. The petitioner has now filed the instant petition, seeking a direction to the trial Court, to decide the said application expeditiously.
Concededly, the petitioner is not a party to the suit. The application filed by him is already being fixed for disposal by the trial Court. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction.
The petition is accordingly dismissed.
