Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The prayer made in the present petition is to issue a direction to the Court below to decide the temporary injunction application filed in Original Suit No. 791 of 2013 (Raghvendra Prakash Ojha vs. Indira Gandhi Intermediate College Jamha Mau Aiema Allahabad through its Manager).
A perusal of the record indicates that the petitioner/plaintiff is claiming to continue as officiating Principal of the institution concerned by means of an application filed on 1.8.2013.
It is admitted to the petitioner/plaintiff that for a period of five years, no temporary injunction has been granted. What has happened during the said period is not disclosed in the present petition.
On a pointed query made by the Court, learned counsel for the petitioner/plaintiff is not in a position to inform the subsequent developments. No direction as such can be given.
