After the matter was heard, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition and file a fresh writ petition, as the petitioner, if permissible shall assail the order dated 27.03.2018.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the said liberty.
