Raghuvirsinh vs State

High Court Of Gujarat|13 February, 2012

JUDGMENT / ORDER

The applicant-original accused of Sessions Case No.22 of 2009 for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 304 and 114 of Indian Penal Code has filed present application for temporary bail through jail. It is contended by the applicant that he wants to settle bank loan transaction. Therefore, he has prayed to release him on bail for temporary period of 15 (fifteen) days.
Heard Mr.H.L.Jani, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State.
On 28.7.2011, this Court has allowed Criminal Misc. Application No.10672 of 2011 and present applicant was released on bail under police survellance for particular period to attend his domestic work. As per say of the Jail Superintendent that order was not served to the authority in time.
Perused papers and gone through the averments made in the application. From the contents of the application I do not find any substance in the case to grant 15 days temporary bail. Hence this application stands dismissed.
