Grievance of the petitioner is that although he has worked from 11.3.2016 to 31.12.2016 but his salary for this period has not been released so far. Various representations made in this regard from time to time remain pending.
Prayer has been made to direct the respondents to release the aforesaid amount alongwith interest.
Sri Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 submits that grievance of petitioner shall be examined, by the authority concerned, in accordance with law.
Considering the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.3 to accord consideration to the claim of the petitioner in respect of release of arrears of salary within a period of four months. The respondent authorities, while passing the order, shall consider the petitioner's claim for payment of interest in terms of the applicable Government Orders.
