Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the State.
Present application has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Session Trial no.132 of 2018 (State Vs. Raghuveer and others) arising out of Case Crime No.655 of 2015, under Section 308, 323, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station Banpur, District Lalitpur.
The submission is that from the injury report on record no offence under Section 308 is made out against the applicants.
It is open for the applicants to pray for alteration of charge at the appropriate stage.
Application stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
